One entry will be accepted per school for each category (heritage speaker and traditional learner).
Teacher of a student candidate who is currently enrolled in Spanish AND registered for the current year's National Spanish Exam must fill out this application and return it to NJAATSP postmarked by 03/11/2022
Nominating teacher must be a current member of NJAATSP.
NJAATSP will email the essay question to the Guidance Office.
Applicant will be called to the Guidance Office to write the essay. No resources (computers, dictionaries, etc.) may be used, and the essay must be handwritten.
Applicant must do the writing unassisted, without the aid of a dictionary and under the supervision of a guidance counselor in person or virtual.
Guidance must submit the essay to NJAATSP postmarked before March 21, 2022
Late entries postmarked after March 21, 2022 will be disqualified.
